Many of us have experienced driving in a storm where we couldn’t see our way clearly. Some of us might panic, but mainly feel unsure of each mile we take. You know the feeling you receive when you are unsure of how the outcome is going to be; well our trials are similar
Many feel trials come to disrupt and make our lives miserable. A time of testing and reproof. Trials are a form of storms in our lives, but today I want you to focus on trials as ‘Blessings in Disguise’
Why? Because when we conquer a trial through the help of the Holy Spirit, we have a reward waiting for us.
I always imagine Jesus waiting at the end of my trial and when I come through He is smiling while shouting to the heavens, “Well Done Sister Laraine!”
I also want you to keep in mind that God stated in His Word He would never place more on us than what we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13b). God knows what we are capable of and knows that we can handle what He allows to come our way. He knows how strong we are and where our weakness lies. Trials come to strengthen us. Trials come to prepare us for future missions from the Lord. Trials come to confirm our faith in God. God doesn’t allow us to go through trials to see how strong we are, but it’s for us to know where we stand in God
Keep living for the Lord. Depend on Him for everything in your life. Stay Blessed and Stay Encouraged…
